What is Reactive Power?
In a perfect electrical system, voltage and current waveforms follow a smooth sine wave and move in perfect synchronization. However, many common industrial and commercial devices—such as electric motors, pumps, air conditioning compressors, and transformers—rely on electromagnetism to operate. These devices create inductive loads that delay the current, causing it to lag behind the voltage. How It Works
XSync SVG units work by dynamically injecting or absorbing reactive power into the electrical network in real time. Unlike traditional capacitor banks that operate in fixed steps, SVG systems use advanced power electronics to deliver smooth and precise compensation based on immediate system demands. This ensures stable voltage levels, reduces power losses, improves equipment performance, and keeps your site compliant with grid power quality standards.
